Over the years, we have built a loyal community of clients and have become one of the top requested catering teams in Orangeburg County. We can assure you that your guests will love our delicious food, family-friendly staff, and convenient set-ups.
We recommend that you book your catering event at least one month before your event date. First, you will need to fill out our required "Catering Quote Form" (https://www.martinswafflesandwings.com/catering-1)to ensure we have all of your correct information and event details. Typically, it will take a member of our team at least 3-5 business days to respond to your request and give you an estimate. However, we can provide short turnaround times for some events. Yes. You should still fill out the required "Catering Quote Form" (https://www.martinswafflesandwings.com/catering-1)after viewing our booking availabilities.(https://www.martinswafflesandwings.com/catering-event-calendar) All event dates and times shown on our calendar are subject to change. We do our best at Martin's to accommodate all of our clients. Please keep in mind that we have multiple servicing options available for you, and it is still very possible to have your event catered.
We offer pick-up, delivery, and full service catering services. If you choose to pick-up your food, we will give you a time and location for pick-up. If you choose delivery, there will be a delivery fee, and we will deliver your food to your requested location. All full-service catering includes delivery, set-up, and break down. Our staff members can also serve the food as requested.
Last minute changes or add-ons are perfectly accepted with extra fees applied. Please email us at

All orders can be cancelled within 14 days of an event with a completely refundable deposit and payment. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, a cancellation fee will be charged.
